This site keeps attracting attention online, yippie! I was contacted by TESall.com to add a description of my blog there with other foreign English teachers. You dont have to ask me twice. What I noticed once I went to this site is that the list they have compiled is quite nice. I really think that reading a blog that someone (or a few people, to get diff perspectives) wrote from a certain country can give you a more honest, brutal look into that society. And I like the "shameless" tag I got to put on my own blog description. Oh yeah, I am nasty baby. spank spank. hahahaha. Anyway, check out the site:

Now I gotta go add this to my links page.

There is a musical performance by I think mostly foreigners at Tainan's only Greek restaurant tonight. I am dying to hear good, live music, so I am going. It is my co-workers last day at work before his month long vacation, and the last time I will see him is the day he gets back. But I think we have been bumping heads a tad lately, so I dont think he will even notice if I dont stick around and tell him how much I will miss him.

What is it now, 48 days to go? Something like that. Still no plane ticket. I heard back from the school in Taipei that I applied to, the one for teaching adults. They had an ad on tealit.com, yet when I applied and asked when they were hiring they sent me this, "It is not always easy to predict when will we be needing teachers. Basically, positions arise and then I try to fill them asap." So, why the ad on tealit if you're not hiring now guys? No comprende!?!?!??! Does anyone understand this? I dont.

Still no word from the web design place in SF. Anyone have a chance to call? 415 553 4587. All I really need to know is if they are still running classes, if there is one that starts in Sept, and how to contact them. I have sent numerous emails to the address on their website, http://www.awdsf.com/, with no reply. I have contacted the man running the place, Dave, a few times over the past few years with inquiries like these and he usually gets back to me quickly. If you are in the bay area and have a few minutes, I would really appreciate help contacting them:) Thanks a mil.

While I was cleaning this weekend I found the funniest thing, still need to take a picture of it to show you guys. Its the plastic package to my enema from my health exam when I first got here. Foreign English teachers are required by law to pass a health exam (there is some current controversy about this, cause we are the only group of foreigners subject to this).

Part of the test is a poop sample.Sorry, I dont know how to say that nicely. lol. Needless to say I was having performance anxiety that day, so they gave me a baby enema. The reason I saved the package is because of the name. "Ever Great Enema". hhahahahahahahahhaha. From closer examination I noticed that the company name is "Ever Great" so they are just attaching the product name to it for ease of naming I guess. But what a funny name for an enema. I used this thing, and I DID NOT have an "Ever Great" experience. Oh dear!
